Tylenol and Autism: Clients are children born to mothers who used Tylenol in the 2nd or 3rd trimesters of pregnancy and who were later diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
Social Media Exposure in Minors: It has been increasingly recognized that minors who have been exposed to social media can have serious mental health issues develop. Some of these cases warrant legal representation.
Camp Lejeune Water Contamination: Persons who resided at Camp Lejuene, even for only a short period of time, may have a claim related to contaminated water on the base. Various cancers, kidney, liver, fertility and birth defect uses may be related to this exposure. Time is of the essence in moving forward with this type of claim.
Hair Relaxers: Recent Studies show a four-time greater risk of a uterine cancer diagnosis in women using these products long term.
Philips CPAP / BiPAP Breathing Machines: A number of models manufactured by Philips have been recalled as material in the unit breaks down and can cause lung, liver, colon and other cancers. Brain cancer, liver disease and kidney disease are also related to the use of these machines.
3M Combat Earplugs: During 2003 – 2015 3M sold millions of earplugs to the military that have proven to be defective, and many users have had serios hearing loss and tinnitus.
Paraquat: This herbicide has been linked to a diagnosis of Parkinson’s Disease.
Taxotere – Eye Injury: This chemotherapy treatment was used primarily to treat breast cancer but also other types of cancer and users have been diagnosed with an eye condition where the rear ducts are blocked and tears roll down the face.
Hernia Mesh Products: These claims include models of mesh made by Ethicon, Bard, Covidien, and Atrium. The mesh has a high rate of failure resulting in recurrence of the hernia and other serious issues.
Talcum Powder: There is evidence that women who have used a talcum powder product have a higher incidence of developing ovarian cancer.
PFAS Exposure: PFAS chemicals, also called “forever chemicals,” can contaminate water and can lead to kidney or testicular cancers as well as ulcerative colitis. Likely sources of water contamination stem from airports and military bases.
